we would like to inform on 26th of April 2022, IRGiT S.A. (“IRGiT”, “Clearing House”), taking into account the need to ensure the security of the settlements, declared the Clearing House Member to be a defaulter.
The defaulting Clearing House Member continues to have open positions in:

- delivery period April 26th – 29th 2022

With regard to the above, IRGiT proceeds with the process of closing the positions by means of transactions entered into directly on the market in accordance with the Rules of Conduct in the Event of Default can be found on the IRGiT website.
