Dear Sir or Madam,
we hereby inform you that IRGiT Management Board has decided to repeal, as of 1 September 1, 2024, the decision to waive the , which is charged on the compensation of collateral margins within the framework of Power Groups, as specified in section III p. 11 of the Fee and Charge Table of The Regulations of Exchange Clearing House (Commodity market).
At the same time, the Management Board decided that until December 31, 2024 the fee for compensation of collateral margins within the framework of power Groups will be charged in the amount of 0.01% of the value of the compensation amount, as of individual days of the calendar quarter, but not more than PLN 200,000 for a given quarter. The fee is paid by Members of the Power Group whose collateral margins have been reduced as a result of the compensation.
