Dear Sir or Madam,

We would like to inform you that IRGiT Management Board has decided to change the fees specified in the Fee and Charge Table of the Regulations of the Exchange Clearing House (Commodity Market) and the Regulations of the Clearing and Settlement House.

Therefore in the period from January 1st, 2022 to December 31st, 2022 the fees applicable in the Exchange Clearing House (Commodity Market) (hereinafter “ECH”) shall be changed as follows:

  1. the annual fee for participation in markets where agri-food commodities are traded, as specified in section II p. 3.1 of the Fee and Charge Table of ECH, is waived;

  2. the fees for the clearing and settlement of transactions in agri-food commodities, as specified in section II p. 8 of the Fee and Charge Table of ECH are reduced and shall be calculated in the amount of:

    1. 8.1 fee for the clearing of session transactions - PLN 0.60 per ton, and

    2. 8.2 fee for the clearing of auction transactions - PLN 1.20 per ton;

  3. the annual fee for access to IRGiT private website containing the settlement reports (the issue concerns each established access from among the number higher than three) obtained for the Agricultural Commodity Market as specified in section III p. 8 of the Fee and Charge Table of ECH, is waived;

  4. the fee with regard to funds kept in the clearing guarantee system in respect of deposits to the Clearing House’s accounts referred to in § 57 sec. 1(a) (sub-account of the transaction margin account) and in § 57 sec. 1(c) (sub-account of the collateral margin account) of the Detailed Clearing and Settlement Rules of the Exchange Clearing House is reduced up to 10% of the fee determined in accordance with section III p. 3.1 of the Fee and Charge Table of ECH;

  5. the fee on House Members’ funds kept in the clearing guarantee system in connection with activity on the Agricultural Commodity Market, as specified in section III p. 3.1 of the Fee and Charge Table of ECH is waived;

  6. the fee calculated on the contributed non-cash collaterals other than bank guarantees, as specified in section III p. 3.2 of the Fee and Charge Table of ECH is waived;

  7. the fee for compensation of collateral margins within the framework of power Groups, as specified in section III p. 11 of the Fee and Charge Table of ECH is waived.

The IRGiT Management Board extended the Maker-Taker program on the same terms until March 31, 2022.

In the period from January 1st, 2022 to December 31st, 2022 the fees applicable in the Clearing and Settlement House (hereinafter “CSH”) shall be changed as follows:

  1. the annual fee for IRGiT membership, as specified in section I p. 1 of the Fee and Charge Table of CSH is reduced from PLN 5,000 to PLN 500;

  2. the charge for the registering and clearing of transactions on emission allowances, as specified in section II p. 2.2 of the Fee and Charge Table of CSH, is reduced from PLN 0.03 to PLN 0.003 per allowance;

  3. the charge for the settling of transactions on emission allowances, as specified in section II p. 3.2 of the Fee and Charge Table of CSH, is reduced from PLN 0.03 to PLN 0.003 per allowance;

  4. the annual fee for access to the clearing system (applies to every established access beyond three) as specified in section III p. 1 of the Fee and Charge Table of CSH is waived;

  5. the annual fee for opening and maintaining a recording account (Trading Account) for a customer or a represented trading venue member at a House Member’s request, as specified in section IV p. 1 of the Fee and Charge Table of CSH, is reduced from PLN 500 to PLN 100,

  6. the annual fee for opening and maintaining a Clearing Account for a customer or a trading venue member at a House Member’s request, as specified in section IV p. 2 of the Fee and Charge Table of CSH, is reduced from PLN 500 to PLN 100;

  7. the charge with regard to funds kept in the clearing guarantee system in respect of deposits to the Clearing House’s accounts referred to in § 51 sec. 1(a) (sub-account of the transaction margin account) and in § 51 sec. 1(c) (sub-account of the collateral margin account) of the Detailed Clearing and Settlement Rules of the Clearing and Settlement House is reduced up to 10% of the fee determined in accordance with section V p. 1.1 of the Fee and Charge Table of CSH;

  8. the charge calculated on the contributed non-cash collaterals other than bank guarantees, as specified in section V p. 1.2 of the Fee and Charge Table of CSH is waived.
