We would like to inform you that IRGiT Management Board has decided to extend the waiver for the fees specified in the Fee and Charge Table of the Regulations of the Clearing and Settlement House (“Regulations of CSH”) for the period until 31 Dec 2026 including:
- the charge calculated on the cash funds of House Members maintained in the clearing guarantee system as specified in p. 1.1, section V of the Fee and Charge Table of the Regulations of CSH;
- the charge calculated on the contributed non-cash collaterals other than bank guarantees, as specified in p. 1.2, section V of the Fee and Charge Table of the Regulations of CSH;
- the fee for registering non-cash collateral in the collateral register (on each type of the contributed collaterals) as specified in p. 2, section V of the Fee and Charge Table of the Regulations of CSH;
- the monthly fee for managing the collaterals contributed in the form of bank guarantees as specified in p. 3, section V of the Fee and Charge Table of the Regulations of CSH.
