Please be advised that document forms pertaining to non-cash collateral accepted by the Clearing House have been published on the website of the Commodity Clearing House („Clearing House”).
The current forms of bank guarantees, Property Rights and CO2 Emission Allowance transfer agreements, and surety agreements can be found in the “Non-Cash Collateral” tab. Please use the documents published in this location each time, which will make it possible to optimize the non-cash collateral submission process.
At the same time, we remind you that:
- the Clearing House Member’s obligation ensuing from the Detailed Clearing and Settlement Rules of the Exchange Clearing House is to send draft documents pertaining to submitted collateral for verification and final approval by the Clearing House,
- only Polish versions of the documents made available by the Clearing House are legally binding and accepted.
